Designed and Fabricated life-size Ninjago weapon props, to be displayed at Brickvention Australia 2026. Upscaled and created extremely realistic golden-looking versions of LEGO Ninjago weapons, to be displayed and withstand certain specific environment condition.

❋ Injection Moulding

Optimized part geometries for high-volume production, mastering draft angles and strict micron-level tolerances.

❋ 3D CAD - NX & Rhino

Utilized Siemens NX and Rhino to seamlessly bridge complex surface design with parametric solid modelling.

❋ Rapid Prototyping

Accelerated iterative design cycles using additive manufacturing to quickly validate form, fit, and function.

❋ Product Testing

Executed rigorous physical validation to ensure structural integrity, consumer safety, and ergonomic compliance.
